Who we are

Nuvlek is a brand of Crosscheck Software LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA ("Nuvlek", "we"), which operates this website. Contact: [email protected].

Who sells to you

Our products are sold through our online reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. When you buy, your purchase contract is with the merchant of record, who handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT under its own buyer terms. Nuvlek remains responsible for the product itself and for support.

Software licences

Buying software gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it as described on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the software except where the law allows it. The software remains the property of Nuvlek.

Books

E-books are licensed for your personal reading. You may not copy, share or resell them.

Warranty and liability

We take care to make our products work as described. To the extent the law allows, they are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one in force on the day you bought.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
